Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between any individual or entity using the CAR AI STUDIO mobile app or website (caraistudio.com, together the “Service”) and Miroglu Bilişim Ltd. Şti. (“CAR AI STUDIO”, “we”). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide an accurate email to use the Service. You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Report unauthorized access immediately to info@caraistudio.com.

2. Service Scope

CAR AI STUDIO converts user-uploaded car photos into studio-style images and short videos using AI models. The Service is provided “as is”.

3. Credits and Purchases

a) Credits

Each render consumes credits. Credits are consumable digital content; they can accumulate but are non-exchangeable, non-refundable in cash, and non-transferable.

b) Purchases

Credit packs are sold only through Apple App Store and Google Play. The payment contract is between you and Apple/Google; we never see your card details.

c) Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent national laws), the right of withdrawal ends the moment digital content begins to be consumed. For unspent credits, Apple's or Google's refund policy applies:

If a render fails due to an error on our side or our providers', your credit is refunded automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Produce content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or license plates owned by others.
  • Generate content depicting a real person's face or identity without their consent (deepfakes).
  • Generate pornography, child sexual material, incitement to violence, racism, terror, or illegal-drug content.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it abusively, or use undocumented APIs without permission.
  • Open multiple accounts to abuse the service or attempt to obtain credit through fake receipts.
  • Violate the laws of Turkey or the country where you reside.

AI-generated content is automatically screened via OpenAI and Google moderation APIs. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership and License

Photos you upload remain yours. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process your uploads on your behalf, store the generated outputs, and serve them back to you. All rights in the generated outputs are yours.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service runs on third-party providers: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Replicate, Cloudflare R2, Apple App Store, Google Play.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAR AI STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all express and implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. To delete your own account, follow Account Deletion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye. Consumer-protection venues in the consumer's place of residence also have jurisdiction.
