Delete Your Account
You can delete your CAR AI STUDIO account at any time. Deletion is irreversible and permanently removes the data listed below.
1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the CAR AI STUDIO app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete.
Your account is deactivated immediately and all sessions are invalidated.
2. If you've uninstalled or can't sign in
Email us your deletion request:
- To: info@caraistudio.com
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Body: the email address used for your account.
We delete your account within 30 days of receiving the request and send a confirmation email.
3. What we delete
- Profile data (email, name, avatar)
- Password hash and session tokens
- All car photos and logo images you uploaded
- All rendered images and videos
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
- Your saved custom prompts
- Remaining credit balance (no cash refund)
4. What we keep by law
Under Turkish tax law (VUK), KVKK and EU AML/CTF regulations we retain the following minimal records, pseudonymized, for 10 years:
- Purchase records (financial audit trail)
- Credit ledger history (audit trail)
- Timestamp of the deletion request
Personal identifiers in these records are masked and cannot be linked back to you.
5. Cancellation window
You can cancel the deletion within 14 days by emailing info@caraistudio.com with the subject “Cancel”.
