Frequently Asked Questions
My render failed — what happens to my credit?
If the render failed due to an error on our side, your credit is refunded automatically and reflected in your ledger. If it failed due to moderation or invalid input the credit is consumed; contact support if you think that's a mistake.
What does Restore Purchases do?
If you changed phones, tap “Restore Purchases” on the Paywall; your past purchases are re-verified through Apple/Google and the credits land in your account.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 15+ (iPhone), Android 9 (API 28) and above.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes — generated outputs are yours, including for commercial use. Make sure the original photos you upload are yours to use. Details: Terms of Service.
I forgot my password
Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam.
I signed in with Apple/Google — what's my password?
Social sign-in doesn't create a password; you always sign in with the same provider.
I want a refund
For unspent credit, request a refund through Apple or Google:

How do I send a bug report?
In the app: Settings → Help → Report a Bug, or email info@caraistudio.com directly. Device model and the steps to reproduce help us a lot.
